Base mounted right angle helical gear reducer utilizes super premium 1725 RPM motor to achieve very low pump speeds (when handling extremely viscous pumpages) at optimum cost, with enclosed oil bath for long service life and quiet operation.

For Volume
The Manual Flow Control Pumps

With the Manual Flow Control, the operator can adjust the pump discharge rate merely by turning the handwheel, without stopping the pump or changing speed. Delivery can be varied from maximum volume down to zero, for an infinite selection of discharge volume settings.


For Metering
The Vernier Flow Control

Used in place of the handwheel above, this micrometer assembly, with numbered graduations, gives precise selection of discharge rates. After calibrating for a specific pumpage and set of operating conditions, the operator can utilize the metering-pump capabilities of the vernier controlled pump with a high degree of accuracy.
If metering characteristics are desired over the entire pressure range of the pump, eliminating the need for automatic volume control, the V-Head can be furnished with a "positive" control.
