This unique design offers all the advantages of
a relief valve placed directly in the line. This
specially constructed relief valve bypasses flow
directly from the discharge to the suction port.
Discharge may be restricted of blocked entirely
without shock or chatter. However heat will be
generated over time. Design is extremely compact
because the valve is a part of the pump head itself.
